The logo and ceremonial banner for the Union of Valsaviore Municipalities. The concept grew out of studying each town's coat of arms and re-illustrating their historic symbols in a coordinated way, fused into a single, modern graphic composition.
Five towns, five heraldic shields drawn in different eras and styles: Berzo Demo, Cedegolo, Cevo, Saviore dell'Adamello and Sellero. Rather than placing them side by side, I took from each the symbol that identifies it and redrew them all in the same hand, inside a single landscape: the snow-capped Adamello peak, the meadows with the cow, the flowering branch, the water falling in a cascade, and the stone bridge closing the scene at the bottom.
The result isn't a collage of shields but one territory, recognisable to anyone who lives there: the mural crown keeps the mark's institutional character, while the flat illustration and broad colour areas keep it legible small and printable on a banner.
